Pembrokeshire County Council is expanding its Building Maintenance Team and now has exciting opportunities for both Building Maintenance Officers and a Senior Building Maintenance Officers. Our Building Maintenance Team manages a diverse portfolio including council housing, schools, public buildings and historic assets. With substantial new work in the pipeline, we are looking for motivated and skilled professionals who want to make a real and lasting impact.
Current Vacancies
Senior Building Maintenance Officer
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of building pathology and construction technology. You will have a degree in a construction or surveying discipline, relevant post qualification experience and currently hold or working towards Chartered status (MRICS, MCABE or MCIOB).
You will lead on the specification, design and delivery of maintenance and improvement projects from inception to completion, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
Building Maintenance Officers
We are also recruiting Building Maintenance Officers to support the delivery of a varied programme of maintenance, servicing, refurbishment and upgrade work. This role suits individuals who enjoy a busy, hands on environment where no two days are the same, and who want the opportunity to develop within a growing service.
