Site Manager
I’m recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to lead a cladding remediation project in Norwich.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing cladding remediation projects
* Strong site management and leadership skills
* Ability to oversee subcontractors, programmes, and health & safety compliance
Key Duties:
* Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring project delivery to programme and budget
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality on site
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth communication
* Monitor progress and report regularly on site performance
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and project-specific regulations
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, offering the right candidate the chance to lead a specialist remediation scheme from start to finish.
