Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: c. £60,000 – £70,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full time

A well-established residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee new build housing projects in the Godalming area. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing all on-site activities from inception through to completion
Supervising subcontractors and site staff
Ensuring health & safety standards are consistently met
Monitoring build progress against programme deadlines
Maintaining quality control and resolving any site issues
Liaising with senior management and other stakeholders
Conducting regular site meetings and reporting on progress

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
Strong knowledge of construction processes, NHBC standards, and health & safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme schedules
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid etc)
