An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Lincolnshire-based residential groundworks contractor. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a motivated QS to support delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Maximise contract profitability across multiple projects
Prepare and submit quotations for client variations
Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
Maintain strong commercial controls throughout project lifecycles
Identify and implement value engineering opportunities
Carry out all standard commercial duties associated with the Quantity Surveyor role

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in value engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organisational skills
