Senior Estimator

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing business specialising in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans, having achieved a turnover of £8m in 2025 and projected to exceed £15m in 2026, with a longer-term goal of reaching £30m through repeat business and continued expansion.

The Role

* Leading or supporting the tendering and estimating process

* Attending site visits and tender meetings as required

* Working closely with the commercial team and reporting directly to the business owner

* Involvement across pre-construction and commercial functions depending on experience

Requirements

* Minimum 4 years’ experience within groundworks and RC frames

* Experience working in either an estimating or quantity surveying capacity

* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes

* Ability to manage workload independently and communicate effectively

* Salary between £100,000 – £110,000 (dependent on experience)
