Senior Estimator

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing business specialising in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans, having achieved a turnover of £8m in 2025 and projected to exceed £15m in 2026, with a longer-term goal of reaching £30m through repeat business and continued expansion.

The Role

Leading or supporting the tendering and estimating process
Attending site visits and tender meetings as required
Working closely with the commercial team and reporting directly to the business owner
Involvement across pre-construction and commercial functions depending on experienceRequirements

Minimum 4 years' experience within groundworks and RC frames
Experience working in either an estimating or quantity surveying capacity
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
Ability to manage workload independently and communicate effectivelyPackage & Benefits

Salary between £100,000 – £110,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working (mix of home and office-based)
Flexible working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week)
Fuel and vehicle costs covered for site visits
Office hours: 08:00 – 17:30
