Site Manager – Civils

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Solihull area.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day on-site delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to exacting quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating all site activities from mobilisation through to completion
Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
Driving programme performance and resolving technical and logistical challenges
Chairing site meetings and liaising closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
Maintaining excellent standards of quality, workmanship and client satisfaction
Promoting a positive, collaborative and solution‑focused site culture.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within heavy civils, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects
Track record of successfully managing teams and coordinating site activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
Full UK driving licence.
