Part II Architectural Assistant – Southampton
Salary – £27k – £35k per annum

We are currently working with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in the Southampton area, who are looking to appoint a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive studio environment, with exposure to a range of projects and strong prospects for professional development.
The Role
You will be involved predominantly in RIBA Stages 1-3, supporting the development of concepts, planning submissions, and early-stage project delivery. The position offers a great platform to build both your technical and design experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
Support planning applications and early-stage project work
Produce high-quality drawings and technical documentation
Work closely with senior team members and external consultantsRequirements

RIBA Part II qualified

Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Strong design and presentation skills
Good understanding of the UK planning process and early RIBA stages
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat's on Offer
