Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established property and construction consultancy are seeking a committed Senior Quantity Surveyor with good technical and management experience to join their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in and is comfortable providing guidance and support to graduate and assistant level Quantity Surveyors.

As well as acting as a mentor, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the built environment – taking projects from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS
Worked within in a PQS / Consultancy environment
Current or prior experience of carrying out a Senior QS role
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Happy to support junior QSs with their APC and developmentIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
