Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage office fit-out projects end-to-end, typically ranging from £1m to £15m
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
* Monitor project programmes, risks, and costs
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
* Work closely with commercial and design teams throughout all project stages
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering office fit-out projects in London
* Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-outs
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
* Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
* Relevant construction qualification preferred
