I am currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in York, who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team. The practice specialises in high-quality residential projects, including bespoke homes, extensions and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. They have built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted schemes and offer a collaborative studio environment where individuals are given real responsibility and client exposure across all stages of a project.

Develop and coordinate design and technical information across all project stages
Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
Produce detailed drawing packages using BIM software
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
Attend site visits and project meetings
Manage project deadlines and deliverables effectivelyIdeal Candidate

Qualified Architect with 3+ years' UK experience
Strong background in residential projects
Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and within a team
