Lead the design and delivery of residential projects across all stages
Prepare planning and Building Regulations applications
Produce detailed drawing and technical packages using BIM software
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Attend site visits and project meetings as required
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardIdeal Candidate

Qualified Architect with several years' UK experience
Proven experience in residential architecture
Strong understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
