In this role, you will report directly to the Head of QHSE while taking ownership of the company's quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include conducting audits and inspections, perform compliance reviews, and develop and enhance QHSE systems and processes. You will also travel to sites to provide hands-on support to project teams, ensuring standards are consistently met, alongside contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
To be considered for this role, you should hold a NEBOSH qualification and have proven experience working in a civil engineering, or marine, or heavy infrastructure environment. A valid UK driver's license is required, and applicants must be willing to commute to the office near Exmouth or relocate if necessary.
