Role Responsibilities:

Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor budgets for tenders, pitches, and proposals.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare estimates for specified responses to PQQs, ITTs, pitches, and proposals in conjunction with the marketing and business development manager.
Information Handover: Ensure seamless handover of information to the commercial department and maintain records on the in-house system.
Budget Transition: Hand over budgets to the commercial/QS department for project initiation.Key Tasks:

Compile compliant and competitive tenders within deadlines.
Conduct pre-handover budget compiling and guided value engineering.
Input post-handover budget information onto the in-house system.
Track and chase all assigned opportunities and tenders, noting results, including conversion to the next stage or closure.
Update subcontractor, supplier, and client information on the in-house system as necessary.
Attend estimating and handover meetings, ensuring all information is agreed upon and recorded.
Continue liaison with commercial and contracts departments as required.
Liaise with procurement, ordering, and finance for pricing and costs of labour and materials.
Engage with materials suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
Maintain communication with clients and prospects as required.Skills and Qualifications:

Role-specific:

Working toward an industry qualification, e.g., IOB or RICS.
Possession of a CSCS basic card.
Proficiency in programme and project management, including the production of initial programmes for handover to contracts.General IT:

Advanced user of MS Excel.
Competent user of MS Word, MS Project, and Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.Why Join Us:
