Project Manager – Groundworks & Civils

Start Date: Immediate / Upcoming Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Groundworks & Civils to lead a major upcoming project based in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware professional to take ownership of a high-profile scheme from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering operations on site
*
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
*
Monitor progress and provide regular reporting on project performance
*
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering
*
Strong technical knowledge of groundwork packages (drainage, foundations, roads, infrastructure)
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred
*
Full UK driving licence
