Site Manager – Oxford

Site Manager – Modular Construction (Prison Project, Oxford)
Contract: 3–4 weeks | Security Clearance: EL1 Required

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-paced modular construction project in Oxford. This short-term contract requires strong leadership, excellent site coordination, and a hands-on approach to managing the assembly of modular units.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics for modular build delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements (EL1 Clearance mandatory).
Maintain daily reporting, risk assessments, and site documentation.
Coordinate with off-site teams for smooth module installation and integration.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in modular construction or off-site manufacturing projects.
EL1 security clearance (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of health & safety, CDM regulations, and site compliance.
Ability to manage high-pressure, short-duration projects effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.Desirable:

Experience working on sensitive or secure sites (prisons, government, or high-security facilities).
Experience with fast-track modular construction projects
