Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a new build project based in Clacton-on-sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to secure a long-term freelance role on a well-structured project with a strong pipeline of work.

The Mechanical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing mechanical packages on site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all mechanical works as a Mechanical Supervisor

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site teams

* Supervise sprinkler system installations

* Oversee AC and ventilation systems

* Manage hot and cold water systems

* Ensure all works meet health & safety standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor

* Strong background managing mechanical packages

* Ability to manage multiple trades on site

* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Reliable and professional approach
