️ Site Manager – North West – New Build Housing
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established regional housebuilder delivering high-quality new build housing projects across the North West.
This role will see you take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring builds are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
📍 Location: North West
💷 Salary: Competitive + bonus
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of site operations on new build housing developments
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to NHBC standards
* Oversee subcontractors, labour and materials on site
* Maintain and enforce health & safety compliance at all times
* Monitor build progress and resolve any issues efficiently
* Liaise with commercial, technical and sales teams
* Carry out site inspections and ensure quality of finish
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
* Strong background in new build housing developments
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
