Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is renowned as one of the leading building contractors in Wales, with a reputation for delivering some of the region’s most notable projects. They have recently secured several major projects and have an opportunity for a Senior QS to commercially lead a £70.M high-rise development from inception. The project is D&B, with a contract duration of 110 weeks. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual delivery of the scheme, managing a small team and reporting to directly to the commercial director.

This role offers an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor the opportunity lead a flagship major project, with the prospect of further career development within one of the region’s leading contracting businesses.

Requirements:

* 6–8+ years’ experience with a main contractor

* Strong knowledge of D&B JCT contracts

* Experience with high-rise projects desirable, but not essential.
