You will be responsible for coordinating BIM processes across multiple projects, producing detailed 3D models using Revit, and working closely with architects, engineers, and design consultants to ensure smooth and high-quality project delivery, all while contributing to a range of innovative and technically challenging developments.

This role would therefore suit an individual with a strong background in BIM coordination/building services who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their career at well established and expanding company.

The Role:

Co-ordinate and manage BIM processes across multiple projects
Produce and develop detailed 3D models using Revit
Collaborate with architects, design consultants, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
Work on a range of innovative and technically challenging projectsThe Person:

Experience using Revit within a BIM / Co-ordination role
Background in building services, design, or modelling
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
