AA Euro Recruitment Group has been retained by one of our clients to recruit a Project Coordinator for their Data Centre Project in Saunderton (Buckinghamshire). This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with a highly respected employer.

Our client is a leading international technical engineering and construction partner operating across the UK, Ireland, and Mainland Europe, specialising in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Data Centre and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

This is a long term, permanent job opportunity.

Role:

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Director in relation to all activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Project.

– Provide support to the Project Director in their daily activities on site and in the office.

– Document Control

– Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings,

specifications, and change orders.

– Track project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

– Assisting the Project Design Teams where possible.

– Coordination of diary, meetings and conference calls on behalf of the Project Director.

– Arrange and attend meetings (internal and external) with the Project Director if required, prepare agendas, collate and prepare all paperwork required for the meeting, AED logs (Meeting minutes) and ensure actioned as appropriate.

– Draft correspondence, produce all documentation, (letters, e-mails, memos, reports and presentations) on behalf of the Project Director.

– Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the Project Director.

Key Skills & Qualifications required for the role:

– Self-motivated and can work unassisted on occasions.

– Good punctuality

– Experience of working within the construction industry (Preferred but not essential).

– Ability to plan and prioritise daily/weekly workload.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

– IT literate in Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Full clean UK driving licence.

Working Conditions

The position will require travel to construction sites with the occasional option to work from the office

Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines where required.
