£45m Commercial Fit Out | Canary Wharf

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a high‑profile £45m commercial fit out project located in Canary Wharf.

The Role

Working site‑based alongside the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day commercial management of this large‑scale fit out scheme, from procurement through to final account.

Key responsibilities include:

* Commercial management throughout the full project lifecycle

* Procurement and management of subcontract and trade packages

* Handling valuations, variations, cost reporting, and change control

* Supporting financial reporting and forecasting

* Close collaboration with the project and site teams

About You

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor

* Strong background in commercial fit out projects

* Experience delivering projects £10m+

* Confident managing procurement and subcontractor packages
