Our client is a growing façades contractor delivering external envelope and remediation works across London. They are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support ongoing projects, acting as the key link between site teams and residents.

This is a vital role ensuring smooth communication, minimal disruption, and a positive experience for residents throughout project delivery.

The Role

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing all resident communication across live projects, ensuring works are clearly communicated and any concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

You will work closely with site teams and project managers to support the successful delivery of façade and external works.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout project delivery
Communicating project timelines, works schedules, and potential disruptions
Managing resident queries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner
Arranging and attending resident meetings, drop-in sessions and consultations
Supporting site teams to ensure minimal disruption to occupied properties
Keeping accurate records of resident interactions and communications
Assisting with access arrangements for works
Promoting a positive image of the company within the community

Requirements

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a customer-facing role within construction or housing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
Organised with strong administrative skills
Ability to work closely with site teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Full UK driving licence advantageous
