Job Description for Façade Engineer
* Review and interpret façade drawings, specifications, and technical documents
* Provide technical input during design development and value engineering stages
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Conduct site inspections to ensure façade installation quality and compliance
* Identify and resolve technical façade-related issues during construction
* Monitor project progress and report on façade package performance
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards
* Support procurement of façade materials and specialist subcontractors
* Prepare technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments
Requirements for Façade Engineer
* Proven understanding and knowledge of facade projects
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Understanding of relevant building regulations and standards
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge
