About the Role:

ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver, with a valid CPCS/NPORS to join our client’s team on a busy residential site in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking who’s looking for consistent work with a respected agency.

Key Duties:

Operating a dozer safely and efficiently across site
Carrying out bulk earthworks, grading and levelling ground to specification
Assisting with site preparation, clearance and moving materials
Working closely with site management and groundworks teams to meet programme deadlines
Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
Supporting other plant operations when required
Requirements:

Proven experience operating a bulldozer on construction or civils projects
Relevant CPCS or NPORS Dozer ticket (essential)
Valid CSCS card
Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
Good understanding of levels, grading and site preparation
Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team
