Role Overview
Join our client and lead operational delivery across their water network in Kent, Sussex, and Basingstoke. This role combines operational leadership, people management, and programme delivery within a key UK water utility framework.
Purpose of the Role
You will manage teams delivering leak detection, data collection, and customer-side leakage (CSL) services, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with KPIs and client expectations.
The role involves overseeing daily operations, workforce planning, performance management, and fleet utilisation, while driving productivity, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Operational & Commercial
* Experience managing operations against KPIs and performance targets
* Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision making
Leadership
* Proven ability to lead and develop field-based teams
* Experience managing performance across multiple sites
Resources & Safety
* Fleet and resource management experience
* Strong health, safety, and compliance knowledge
Communication & Technical
* Confident working with client stakeholders
* Understanding of leak detection and CSL activities
* Competent in MS Office and operational systems
Qualifications
Essential
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* NRSWA Supervisor
* PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
* Experience with NEC contracts or water utility frameworks
Location
Full-time, Monday–Friday, covering Kent, Sussex, and Basingstoke, with regular travel to operational sites
