Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A motivated and determined professional Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by an extremely busy and employee focused Quantity Surveying practice to join their team in the Northwest.
Hybrid working is available for the Quantity Surveyor. (3:2 split)
This role is to work with some autonomy, but be supported by a Senior Quantity Surveyor and produce highly accurate pre & post duties within the Data Centre, Industrial and Logistic sectors, with clients who are internationally known.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team of over 100 colleagues, with a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors. You will be working with some of the most well known end clients in their respective industries.
From feasibility stages, right through to cost plans and final accounts.
Based from their Northwest office, which is a short drive from Warrington, you will be needed in the office 3 days a week, with home working being offered.
Contract values will be between £5M – £50M.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
Ambition to complete APC
Preference to have Data Centre's, Industrial or Logistic knowledge
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Pre and post contract knowledge
Some understanding within the £5M – £50M contract values In Return?
£50,000 – £55,000
