Project Manager

Project Manager – Brighton – Cinema Refurbishment

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in Commercial developments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a project in Brighton on a live cinema site. The project will be externals focused and client/customer facing.

Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with client and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous Commercial Refubishment experience
