We are partnering with a growing London based real estate investment and development firm on a key hire. They’re looking for a Development Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of Build-to-Rent projects.

This is a unique opportunity to:
Oversee high-profile BTR developments in London
Work alongside investors and contractors to deliver projects efficiently
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
Be part of a small but ambitious team shaping the future of rental property

Role highlights:
Manage the full delivery lifecycle from planning approvals to handover
Coordinate design, contractors, and consultants
Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality assurance
Ensure the project meets long-term rental and investment objectives

Ideal candidate:
Strong development or project management experience
Experience in residential property delivery
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
Familiarity with Build-to-Rent or investor-led development is a bonus
