Senior Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a marine civils package on a major infrastructure project. This role will focus on the construction of a 460m long jetty, utilising a cantilever platform construction methodology within a complex marine environment.

Senior Engineer Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting construction of a 460m jetty using cantilever platform methods

* Overseeing marine civils works including piling, structural elements, and marine infrastructure

* Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and technical queries (TQs)

* Managing and mentoring junior engineers and site engineers

* Ensuring quality control, including inspections, ITPs, and as-built records

* Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

* Supporting the Site Agent and Project Manager with planning and daily operations

Senior Engineer Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on marine or major civils projects

* Experience working on jetty, marine, or coastal infrastructure projects

* Strong understanding of cantilever platform or similar construction methodologies

* Experience producing RAMS, ITPs, and managing TQs

* Strong setting out and surveying skills (GPS / Total Station)

* Good understanding of QA processes and technical documentation

* CSCS card (essential)
