💷 £25–£28 per hour | Immediate Start

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a fast-paced residential apartment development, and they’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take control of the electrical package on site.

This is a 2 month contract on a live project — ideal for someone who can come in, take ownership, and drive the job through a key phase to completion.

The Role

*

Oversee all day-to-day electrical works across a multi-unit apartment scheme

*

Manage electricians and subcontractors to keep works on programme

*

Ensure installations meet current regulations and high residential standards

*

Maintain quality across apartments and communal areas

*

Enforce strong health & safety practices on site

*

Coordinate with site teams and other trades to keep things moving

*

Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays

What You’ll Need

*

Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential/apartment projects

*

Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings

*

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)

*

ECS/CSCS card (essential)

*

SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred)

*

Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
