About the role
As a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll deliver a broad range of project and professional services across residential property, with a strong focus on social housing. You’ll take ownership of schemes while working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver project-led services across new build and refurbishment schemes within residential and social housing
* Act as Contract Administrator and/or Employer’s Agent across a variety of projects
* Manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring delivery to budget and programme
* Build and maintain strong relationships with housing associations and residential clients
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor
* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
* Experience within residential, ideally social housing (new build and/or refurbishment)
* Strong Contract Administration and/or Employer’s Agent experience
* Commercially aware and confident managing financial aspects of projects
* Has a long-term mindset
