Job Description

Conducting property inspections and surveys as a Repairs Surveyor across Bristol, including damp, mould, and condensation assessments

Managing subcontractors and ensuring repairs are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards across Bristol

Diagnosing complex building defects and specifying appropriate remedial works

Ensuring compliance with HHSRS and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in Bristol

Coordinating responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance programmes with accurate reporting

Skills / Qualifications

HNC Level 4 (or higher) in Surveying, Construction, or Built Environment 

Strong understanding of building construction, defects, and housing legislation

Experience managing contractors within repairs and maintenance environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills for a Surveyor role in Bristol

Full UK Driving Licence and strong IT skills including housing/property systems
