The Role

We are looking for a Class 2B+ Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while developing their career within a supportive and progressive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations in the North Surrey area.

* Assess plans and specifications for regulatory compliance.

* Provide clear, practical guidance to clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

* Manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently.

* Produce accurate and timely reports.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

About You

* Registered as a Class 2B+ RBI (essential).

* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation.

* Experience in building control inspections and plan checking.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage workload independently.

* Full UK driving licence.
