Roads & Sewers Site Manager – Knaresborough | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Roads & Sewers Site Manager for a long-term, ongoing project based in Knaresborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee day-to-day site operations on roads and sewers projects

*

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

*

Liaise with clients, engineers, and local authorities

*

Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing roads and sewers / infrastructure projects

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential

*

CSCS Card (Black/Gold preferred)

*

First Aid at Work – desirable

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
