Project Manager – West London

We're seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established construction contractor, delivering a refurbishment project within a live prison environment in West London.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of works within an operational prison. You will be responsible for managing programme, cost, and quality while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the refurbishment project from start to completion within a live prison
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and consultants
Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained at all times
Monitor programme and progress to keep works on track
Manage budgets and project costs
Liaise with stakeholders including government bodies and prison staff
Carry out quality checks and site inspections

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager at main contractor level
Experience delivering refurbishment or complex construction projects
Must have worked on MOD frameworks, ideally on prison projects
Strong understanding of working within live, secure environments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
