About the client

I’m currently working with a growing and well-established groundworks and civil engineering contractor operating across the UK, delivering projects within the residential and infrastructure sectors.

They are looking to bring on a Health & Safety Advisor to support their continued growth and maintain high safety standards across their sites.

About The Role

* Promote a strong Health & Safety culture across all sites, aligned with a Zero Harm approach

* Ensure compliance with H&S policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

* Carry out site audits, inspections, and safety tours

* Manage reporting including incidents, KPIs, and audit findings

* Deliver toolbox talks, briefings, and support site teams

* Monitor performance, maintain systems, and support continuous improvement

Skills and Attributes

* NEBOSH General/ Construction

* Previous experience within the construction industry (not essential)

* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team

* Drive company ethos and standards as required

* Build relationships with clients and internal departments

* Full UK Driving License essential
