This is a standout opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to step into the super-prime residential and bespoke commercial market, working on ultra high-spec installations across Central London. You’ll be joining a highly regarded electrical contractor, trusted by elite clients to deliver precision, quality, and detail at the very top end of the market.
You won’t be a number here. You’ll work directly with directors, gaining exposure to decision-making, strategy, and future growth plans — with a clear pathway to build and lead your own team long-term.
The Role:
Manage and deliver full tender enquiries and submissions for high-end electrical projects
Price super-prime residential and bespoke commercial installations
Interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements with precision
Liaise directly with directors, clients, and design teams
Contribute to commercial strategy and project wins
Opportunity to mentor and grow a team beneath you as the business expands What You’ll Need:
Experience as an Electrical Estimator within construction/building services
Background in high-end, prime, or bespoke electrical projects (residential or commercial)
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and specifications
Ability to manage tenders from enquiry through to submission
