Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Role | Liverpool

An established contractor with a strong reputation in building maintenance and refurbishment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to come and join this team

They're a long established Contractor, with deep experience in delivering quality and working with long-established relationships in the Construction industry

You'll be working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, supporting the commercial function from initial enquiry through to final account. Responsibilities include:

Cost control and project management
Subcontract procurement and account agreement
Site surveys and reporting
Preparation of cost reports and cash flow forecasts
Liaison with clients and internal teams
Use of Schedules of RatesReporting into the Commercial Director, you'll have strong Commercial skills and be used to running your own projects

What You'll Need

Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel; familiarity with project planning tools is a plus)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full, clean driving licence
