Site Manager

We Build Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager with a Joinery background to start on site in West Bromwich on 29/06/2026.

Scope of works: A Refurbishment across 3 floors, inc M&E works, some external ground works, forming plinths and ducting for ASHP`s, new door sets, decoration etc.

Duration: 18 Weeks

Rate: £30 per hour

Duties:

* Co-ordinate sub-contractors

* Provide weekly update reports to the wider team to show progress and flag up issues where applicable.

* To liaise with the design team, maintaining an RFI schedules.

* Liaise with the company buyer for material procurement in a timely manner

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS Card

* Temporary works supervisor OR Coordinator

* Must have laptop

* Own transport

* Good knowledge and understanding of H&S

* Strong Communication skills

* 10+ years’ experience in commercial refurbs

Preferred:

* Scaffold Inspection ticket
