Cad Designer

Our client is a very successful, privately owned business in the construction sector.

Operating for over 40 years, they offer exceptional quality and service which is rivalled by their competitors.

With an annual turnover in excess of £50 million, employing 60 people, this highly profitable company continues to develop and grow year on year.

Due to continued success a further CAD Designer/Technician do join the design team of 3.

Produce detailed 2D and some 3D AutoCAD drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects

*

Update and revise existing drawings in line with project changes

*

Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, specifications, and mark‑ups

*

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines

*

Maintain organised drawing files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we are looking for:

Proven experience using AutoCAD (2D) and 3D AutoCAD or the desire to learn 3D AutoCAD in the future ideally within the construction or building industry

*

Ideally an understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing

Monday to Friday 40 hour week

* Salary to suit experience
