Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team immediately. You will manage and coordinate a small team across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, requiring practical knowledge of grounds maintenance and the ability to lead, motivate, and support your team.

The ideal candidate will have proven team leadership experience, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of grounds maintenance practices and safety regulations. You must be local (within approximately 30 minutes of Bedford) and ready to start next week.
