Registered Building Inspector – Class 2F

Our client, a leading organisation within the buildings sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector – Class 2F on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough building inspections in accordance with Class 2F requirements
Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations
Providing detailed reports and documentation of inspections
Offering expert advice on building control and compliance matters
Collaborating with various stakeholders to address and resolve compliance issues
Keeping updated with changes in building regulations and standards

Job Requirements:

Certification as a Registered Building Inspector – Class 2F
Strong understanding of building control regulations and standards
Experience in conducting detailed building inspections
Ability to produce comprehensive inspection reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in resolving complex building compliance issues
Attention to detail and analytical skills
