This is a standout opportunity to join a growing M&E contractor at a pivotal stage of expansion. With a secured pipeline of work for the next 2+ years, you’ll be stepping into a business that is scaling and needs a strong Project Director to lead from the front.

You’ll take full responsibility for delivering £50M+ worth of projects across London and the M25, working across a diverse portfolio including residential, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments.

The Role:
Lead the delivery of multiple M&E projects (£50M+ total value) across London
Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
Manage project teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Work closely with commercial, design, and operational teams
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Drive performance, quality, and operational excellence across all projects Project Portfolio:
Residential developments
Commercial fit-out and new build
Leisure and mixed-use schemes
Projects based across London and within the M25 What You’ll Need:
Proven experience as a Project Director / Senior Project Manager within M&E / Building Services
Track record of delivering high-value projects (£10M+ individual or £50M+ combined)
Strong leadership and team management capability
Excellent understanding of project delivery, risk, and stakeholder management
