About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team in Norfolk. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee electrical works across a range of projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installations on-site

* Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors

* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards

* Carry out site inspections, testing, and quality checks

* Interpret electrical drawings and specifications

* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades

* Maintain health & safety standards at all times

* Manage materials, tools, and resources effectively

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* Valid ECS/CSCS card (Gold card preferred)

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (desirable)

* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations (BS 7671)

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Full UK driving licence
