Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the early phases of a Cladding Remediation Project.
Project Overview:The project initially will be removing Rainscreen & Brickwork from a Hotel in the view of Re-Cladding the building.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Black CSCS Card
First Aid Certificate
Proven experience managing similar refurbishment and fit-out projects
