Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out Contractor – London
Rate: £85,000 – £110,000 + package
O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major fit out and refurbishment contractor who are on the lookout for a strong Senior Surveyor with experience of acting as commercial lead on Cat B and Cut & Carve schemes from £1m – £35m
It is a very exciting time for the business as they have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years. This role is required due to the expansion of the business and not to replace previous staff members.

– Rate: £85,000 – £110,000
– Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
– Type: Perm
Responsibilities
– Working as commercial lead overseeing a brand new
– Support project reporting and cost forecasting
– Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
– Previous experience working on Cat B projects from £1m – £35m
– Full commercial lifecycle experience
– Strong longevity in previous positions
