Package Quantity Surveyor – Residential/Mixed-Use – Central London
Rate: £375 – £400 per day (Outside IR35)
O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with an up-and-coming main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of residential and mixed-use schemes. They are seeking to hire an experienced Package Quantity Surveyor to join on a long-term freelance basis, working across large-scale residential developments in Central London.
Role Overview
– Title: Package Quantity Surveyor
– Project: Residential / Mixed-Use New Build
– Locations: Central London
– Rate: £375 – £400 per day (Outside IR35)
– Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person
– Type: Freelance (Long-term ongoing)
Responsibilities
– Managing higher risk and complex packages including façade, frame, and groundworks
– Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
– Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential or mixed-use schemes
– Experience managing high-value or high-risk packages such as façade, frame, or groundworks
– Able and willing to commute to Central London and projects as required
