Design Manager

Design Manager – London – £80K+

We are actively recruiting for a Design Manager to join a specialist high-end interior fit-out contractor to lead design teams across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will manage the design process from project inception through to completion, ensuring all design information is fully coordinated and meets project requirements, client specifications plus budgetary and programme constraints.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

* ​Extensive experience in the design management of construction projects, ideally with a Fit Out Contractor.

* Excellent working knowledge of both 2D and 3D design.

* Detailed knowledge of design processes and industry best practice.

* Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.

* Demonstrated capability of juggling multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.

* A knowledge of BIM processes.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
