Salary: £34-38,000

A well-established, design-led architectural practice is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over 50 years of delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for commercially successful, user-focused design. The team works across architecture, urban design, and masterplanning, with experience spanning mixed-use, retail, leisure, residential, and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead and support projects across a range of RIBA stages
* Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery
* Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction information
* Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
* Attend and lead meetings, presentations, and site visits

Requirements

* ARB-registered Architect with a recognised qualification
* Demonstrable experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong design and technical capability across all project stages
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
* Proficiency in Revit; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and organised approach
